Wonderful stay. Friendly resort
friendly resort balcony space tasty food
I enjoyed my stay with the staff. The rooms had plenty of space. There was a balcony. The pool offered many sunbeds and shady spots. I also found a wide range of tasty food at every meal. It suited all tastes. There was no shortage of good quality drinks.
The shuttle bus requires payment. This was inconvenient. Its schedule is very intermittent. It fills up quickly. I had to book ahead. I found it to be a 25-minute drive to the city. I found myself in the middle of nowhere.
Rooms
9/10
The rooms include spacious layouts with a balcony or terrace, providing ample room to relax, but the provided bathrooms could benefit from enhanced maintenance to ensure optimal guest satisfaction.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel offers a lovely pool with lots of sunbeds. Shady spots are available. The dining area has a variety of tasty foods suitable for all tastes, and quality drinks ensure refreshment.
Service
10/10
Staff members create a friendly and accommodating resort atmosphere. Their positive engagement promotes enjoyment of available activities, and they make for fun Halloween shows. I like the easy trips around the area.

low water pressure ineffective air conditioning
The hotel presented itself nicely upon arrival. The lobby looked good, but the room itself was disappointing. I booked a double room, and while the size was adequate, maintenance was lacking. The shower had very low pressure. The air conditioning unit struggled to cool the room effectively, I found the bed uncomfortable. It felt quite hard, impacting my sleep quality. The lack of soundproofing was another issue, I heard noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms frequently.
